Besides boating, Vittorino is involved in producing wine for his family's restaurant 'Da Paolino' a very characteristic setting in a lemon orchard and has developed a wonderful recipe for the best capers you've ever eaten!

GianCarlo - Captain of 'Max IV', Itama 38'. GianCarlo has years of experience - won't fess up to exactly how many! GianCarlo is one of the pioneers of speedboat charters in Capri.
